4. As bearing on the questions

raised in this letter I am to

invite attention to the relevant

provisions in the Kenya Control of

Fugitive Belligerents Ordinance, 1936,

a copy of which is enclosed for

convenience of reference.

5. Copies of this letter (with

the telegrams enclosed) are being sent

to the Admiralty, the War Office and

the Air Ministry.
